Steps
1.Create and Track DeliveryOrders on Get It Picked
2.To create your first order, wewill start by clicking the Login/Signup button to access your account or createa new profile.
3.Make sure Business is highlightedhere to access business accounts.
4.If you have an account orcredentials were given to you then click Continue with Email/Username to log inwith your account credentials.
5.Enter your username and passwordin these fields. Click Login to proceed.
6.This screen will show your mostrecent orders. Click the New button on top right corner to create a newdelivery order.
7.Select the appropriate servicefrom the drop-down menu. Options include: - Standard Delivery - Same Day (3hr)- Hot Shot (1hr) - HRM Pallet service - ECommerce
8.Select the Total number of Itemsfield to specify quantity for delivery from the drop down list.
9.Next, Click on Weight Category tospecify the package size for your delivery. Total weight of all packages shouldbe entered here.
10.If you require a signature atdrop off, select this box. No extra charges apply.
11.Next, click the Descriptionfield to enter a description of the items. (documents, boxes, furniture, etc.)
12.In the "Collectionfrom" section enter address in the search bar and select the appropriateaddress from the suggested list.
13.In the "Details"section, enter the following infomation: - Name of collection contact person\*- Phone number of collection contact\* - Email of collection contact - Anyadditional address details (front door, back door, loading dock, etc.)
14.Next you can edit the scheduledpick up time or leave it as "ASAP". To change pick up schedule,select day and time slot for pick up of your parcel.
15.Enter the delivery address inthe search field and select the correct address from the suggested addresses inthe drop down.
16.In the Details section enter thefollowing: - Recipient's full name\* - Recipients phone number\* - Recipientsemail address - Any additional address details (front door, back door, loadingdock, etc.)
17.The Reference ID field is forany document tracking such as PO or invoice numbers.
18.The Notes field is for anyadditional delivery information.
19.Click on the Wallet option toselect your payment method for checkout. You may have a balance in your walletor you can use a credit card to complete your transaction.
20.Click the Confirm button tocomplete your delivery order.
21.After the order has beenconfirmed select the Shipment label button to download and print your shippinglabel.
22.Clicking on the Events tab willprovide a view of the order timeline and tracking information.
23.Click the Details tab to viewcomprehensive order information and status.
24.Click View Proof to see Pickupconfirmation photo.
