Welcome to your all-in-one delivery App! Placing an order with Get It Picked is simple, smart, and streamlined—just the way it should be.

This guide walks you through every step of creating and managing an order using your business account on the Get It Picked App.

Step 1: Log In to Your Business Account

  1. Open the Get It Picked App.
  2. Log in using your Company Name (Username) and Password.
  3. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard with multiple delivery service options.

Step 2: Choose Your Delivery Type

  You’ll see 4 delivery options—pick the one that best suits your needs:

  1. Standard Delivery – Same Day or Next Day
  2. Rush Delivery – Delivered within 3 hours
  3. Hot Shot Delivery – Delivered within 1 hour
  4. Pallet Delivery – For large or heavy freight items

Let’s walk through an example using “Standard Delivery.”

Step 3: Delivery Details

  1. Tap Standard Delivery.
  2. You’ll be asked:
    • Is a signature required upon delivery? (Proof of Delivery - POD)
      Select Yes or No.
  3. Enter the Total Number of Items being sent.
  4. Select the Weight Category from the dropdown list (e.g. Up to 10 lb , 10-30lb ).
  5. Add a brief Item Description – what’s being delivered, or any special notes (e.g., “Fragile glassware – handle with care”).

Step 4: Pickup Information

  1. Enter the Pickup Address.
    • You can save this address for future use (Add Bookmark great for repeat orders).
  2. Fill in the Sender’s Details:
    • Name
    • Phone Number (Tap the contact icon to select from your phonebook)
    • Email (Recommended for receiving delivery updates)

Step 5: Delivery Address

  1. Enter the Delivery Address.
    • Again, bookmark this address if it’s a regular delivery destination.

     Fill in the Sender’s Details:

  • Name
  • Phone Number (Tap the contact icon to select from your phonebook)
  • Email (Recommended for receiving delivery updates)

Step 6: Add Notes & Final Touches

You’ll now see an Order Review Screen showing all your input details.

On the order summary screen:

  • Add any special instructions or notes for the driver.
  • You’ll see the price calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
  • You can:
    • Schedule the order for later
    • Confirm immediately
    • Check your Wallet, Add Funds, or Add Card

Step 7: Place Your Order

  • Once everything looks good, tap Confirm Order.
  • You will see Events Option ( Order Tracking Screen with real-time updates)

    After placing the order, you can follow its journey through several status updates:

  • Accepted
  • Ready for Pickup
  • Arrived at Pickup
  • Picked Up
  • On the Way
  • Delivered

Step 8: Final Screen

You’ll see:

  • A Map View on the top half of the screen.
  • The Order ID.
  • A Support Icon (top right) – access FAQ, call support, or send preset help requests.

Tap the small “i” icon next to the Pickup and Delivery addresses to view:

  • Proof of Pickup
  • Proof of Delivery (POD)

Step 9: Share Tracking Info

  • At the bottom of the order screen, tap the Share Icon to send a tracking link to the recipient—so they can track the delivery in real time.

Step 10: Manage Your Order (Advanced Options)

On the bottom-right corner (next to the share icon), tap the three dots (⋯) for extra options:

  • Change Status to Draft
  • Repeat Order
  • Generate Shipment Label (Attach to your package)
  • Cancel Order
